PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption external preparation for diseases of a surface and a deep part of a biological tissue, such as muscular pain, tenosynovitis, and arthritis pain, which alleviates pain on affected area without causing sleepiness and the like by being applied or adhered to a skin part corresponding to an epithelium portion of the biological tissue and exerting an anti-inflammatory and pain relief action in combination with exerting a drug efficacy consisting of a moderate muscle relaxant action to the affected area or a place near to a spine.SOLUTION: A percutaneous absorption external preparation contains as a centrally acting muscle relaxant any one of chlorphenesin carbamate or afloqualone, or both chlorphenesin carbamate and afloqualone, formed by mixing a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Alternatively, the percutaneous absorption external preparation contains a dantrolene sodium hydrate as a peripheral muscle relaxant, formed by mixing a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug with the same.
