PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for synthesizing radioactive liquid medicine that enables an efficient synthesis of a radioactive liquid medicine while keeping low the exposure of radioactive liquid medicine operators to the radioactive liquid medicine.SOLUTION: The usage of a device 10 for synthesizing radioactive liquid medicine includes a target liquid recovery vial 15, a reaction vial 16 to synthesize a radioactive liquid medicine using the target liquid, an exchange module 12 having a pipe passage unit 19 where a first pipe passage (consisting of a discharge line L4, an introduction line L5, a recovery line L6, a connection line L10 and a first multipurpose line L7) connecting the target liquid recovery vial 15 with the reaction vial 16 is installed on a plate 18, and a fixed module 14 where the exchange module 12 is removably installed.
