PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To outflow liquid regardless of the direction of a tip of a mouth cleaning tool.SOLUTION: A mouth cleaning tool 1 includes a handle part 3A in which a brush 4 is arranged at a tip part 2A. The mouth cleaning tool 1 includes in the handle part 3A: an intake pipe 11 and an outlet pipe 12 by which liquid is transported and a liquid storage part 7A in which the liquid is stored. The outlet pipe 12 includes a movable pipe 15 which is arranged to communicate between the liquid storage part 7A and inside of the outlet pipe 12. The handle part 3A comprises: an operation part 6 which has flexibility and a displacement part 9 by which the position of the movable pipe 15 is changed.
