PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouth cleaning tool which needs less workload for a care-giver, and can keep an oral cavity clean for a care-receiver.SOLUTION: A mouth cleaning tool 1A includes a handle part 3A in which a brush 4 is arranged at a tip part 2A. A liquid storage part 7A is arranged in the handle part 3A to store liquid. The mouth cleaning tool 1A comprises: a fluid passage port 5A through which the liquid is flowed from outside of the handle part 3A into the liquid storage part 7A or the stored liquid in the liquid storage part 7A is discharged into outside of the handle part 3A and an operation part 6 which is arranged on a surface of the handle part 3A and which has flexibility.
