PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil/water separator capable of easily and quickly obtaining proper separation performance in accordance with oil components of various characteristics different in specific gravity, viscosity, content, etc.SOLUTION: An oil/water separator 1 includes a separation tank 3 to which liquid containing an oil component is introduced, and separates the oil component is separated from the liquid in accordance with a specific gravity difference in the separation tank. Further, an oil discharge pipe 8 and a liquid discharge pipe 9 are attached to the separation tank, the oil discharge pipe is configured such that one end side is opened to an external part of the separation tank and the other end side is opened to an upper part in the separation tank and the liquid discharge pipe is configured such that one end side is opened on a position lower than one end side of the oil discharge pipe on an external part of the separation tank and the other end side is opened on a bottom part in the separation tank. A vertical difference adjusting structure 16 which can adjust a vertical difference h of an opening of each discharge pipe is disposed on the liquid discharge pipe and a flow rate adjusting valve 18 which can adjust the oil component flowing in the oil discharge pipe is disposed on the oil discharge pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】比重、粘度、含有量等の異なる多様な特性の油成分に応じて適正な分離性能を容易且つ迅速に得ることができる油水分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】本油水分離装置1は、油成分を含む液体が導入される分離タンク3を備え、分離タンク内で比重差により液体から油成分を分離する。そして、分離タンクには、油排出管8及び液体排出管9が取り付けられ、油排出管は、一端側が分離タンクの外部に開口し且つ他端側が分離タンク内の上部に開口し、液体排出管は、一端側が分離タンクの外部において油排出管の一端側より低い位置で開口し且つ他端側が分離タンク内の底部に開口している。液体排出管には、各排出管の開口の高低差hを調整可能な高低差調整構造16が設けられ、油排出管には、油排出管内を流れる油成分の流量を調整可能な流量調整バルブ18が設けられている。【選択図】図1
