PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed fig which can be deliciously eaten.SOLUTION: The processed fig is obtained by forming a filling space 6 in a fig simmered with wine (a fig body 4), and filling the filling space 6 with fig jam 8. The processed fig is such that an insertion hole 10 communicated with the filling space 6 is made into the fig 4, the fig jam 8 is filled in the filling space 6 through the insertion hole 10, and the filling space 6 is made larger than the insertion hole 10 so as to slightly increase the amount of the fig jam 8 to be filled in the filling space 6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】美味しく食することができる加工いちじくを提供する。【解決手段】ワイン煮したいちじく(いちじく本体4)に充填空間6を形成し、この充填空間6にいちじくジャム8を充填した加工いちじく。この加工いちじくでは、いちじく4に充填空間6に連通する挿入孔10を形成し、この挿入孔10を通していちじくジャム8を充填空間6に充填し、充填空間6を挿入孔10よりも大きくし、このようにして充填空間6へのいちじくジャム8の充填量を少し多くしている。【選択図】図1
