An adjustable medical system includes an adjustable implant having an adjustable portion configured to the change dimension or orientation of an internal portion of a mammal and a driven portion comprising a magnetically responsive element configured for rotation about an axis of rotation. The system further includes an external adjustment device configured to magnetically couple to the driven portion from a location external to the mammal, the external adjustment device comprising a first permanent magnet configured for rotation about a first axis and a second permanent magnet configured for rotation about a second axis different from the first axis. Cooperative rotation of the first permanent magnet about the first axis and rotation of the second permanent magnet about the second axis result in rotation of the magnetically responsive element about its axis of rotation.La présente invention concerne un système médical réglable comportant un implant réglable comprenant une partie réglable configuré pour modifier la dimension ou lorientation dune partie interne dun mammifère comprenant un élément de sensibilité magnétique configuré pour être entraîné en rotation autour dun axe de rotation. Le système comporte également un dispositif dajustement externe configuré pour le couplage magnétique de la partie entraînée depuis un emplacement extérieur vers le mammifère, le dispositif dajustement externe comprenant un premier aimant permanent pour être entraîné en rotation autour dun premier axe et un second aimant permanent pour être entraîné en rotation autour dun second axe différent du premier axe. Une rotation coopérative du premier aimant permanent autour du premier axe et une rotation du second aimant permanent autour du second axe entraîne la rotation de lélément de sensibilité magnétique autour de son axe de rotation.
