The permanent magnet (55) of the device head part exerts a magnetic repulsion force on the magnet of the guide wire (12) inserted into the blood vessel to guide the magnet head (25).La présente invention permet à un dispositif médical dêtre aisément introduit dans le vaisseau sanguin voulu.
