One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a humeral implant. The humeral implant includes a tray including a body defining a bone facing recess and a liner recess, said bone facing recess including a ring surface and a convex surface, wherein the ring surface has a profile substantially corresponding to a profile of an outer ring of bone in an excision site of a patient； and wherein said convex surface has a profile substantially corresponding to a profile of a concave socket formed in the excision site. The humeral implant also includes a liner including a body defining a load bearing surface and a tray interface surface, said tray interface surface being configured to be at least partially received in said liner recess of said tray such that said implant is coupled to said tray.Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un implant huméral. L'implant huméral comprend un plateau qui comporte un corps formant un évidement faisant face à l'os et un évidement de tête humérale, ledit évidement faisant face à l'os comprend une surface annulaire et une surface convexe, la surface annulaire ayant un profil correspondant sensiblement au profil d'un anneau osseux externe dans un site d'excision d'un patient ； et ladite surface convexe ayant un profil correspondant sensiblement au profil d'une cavité concave formée dans le site d'excision. L'implant huméral comprend également une tête humérale qui comporte un corps formant une surface de support de charge et une surface d'interface de plateau, ladite surface d'interface de plateau étant configurée pour être au moins partiellement reçue dans ledit évidement de tête humérale dudit plateau de sorte que ledit implant est couplé audit plateau.
