PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for easily and efficiently producing a crab leg meat-like product which is extremely similar to natural crab leg meat.SOLUTION: The production method comprises: a cutting step (S1) for cutting a minced fish meat sheet bar-body into a longitudinal direction for every desired length with a first inclination angle, for forming pieces of minced fish meat piece having an end face parallel to the longitudinal direction a packing step (S4) for packing the minced fish meat piece with a packing sheet a raising step (S5) for, rotating a bottom side out of plural sides forming the end face, with a predetermined raising angle, around one corner part as a rotation center, out of corner parts arranged on both ends of the bottom sides, thereby rotating and moving one corner part out of corner parts of a subtense of the bottom side, to a direction separating upward from a mount face on which the minced fish meat piece is mounted, for raising and a pressing step (S6) for pressing the corner part of the subtense which is raised by the raising step (S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
