PURPOSE: A vegetable cutter capable of economically manufacturing is provided to automatically slice vegetables and cut the vegetables into a cube shape without using a separate power source. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable cutter comprises the following: left and right frames(102, 104) separately installed with the constant interval； a lower plate(110) installed on the center of the frames, and formed with rack gears installed on the front and rear sides of the frames； a blade unit(120) horizontally installed on the front side of the lower plate； a driving gear(350) with a one-direction clutch, coupled to the rack gears； a body unit(200) including a vegetable storage space on the center, combined to the upper side of the lower plate； and a pressing plate(300) connected to the driving gear for vertically moving along to the storage space inside the body unit.본 발명은 야채 절단기에 관한것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 야채 절단기는 일정한 간격으로 이격배치되는 좌우측 프레임과, 상기 좌우측 프레임의 중심에 설치되는 하부판과, 상기 하부판의 전방에 수평으로 설치되는 칼날부와, 상기 좌우측 프레임의 전후방향으로 설치되는 랙기어로 구성된 하부 프레임과, 상기 랙기어와 치합되며, 일향 크러치가 내장된 구동 기어와, 상기 구동 기어가 하부에 설치되며, 야채가 수납 공간이 중심에 형성되어,상기 하부판의 상측에 결합되는 몸체부와, 상기 구동 기어에 연동되어 상기 수납 공간을 따라서 수직으로 이동되는 누름판과, 상기 구동 기어의 회전을 상기 누름판의 수직운동으로 전환시키기 위하여 상기 몸체부에 내장되는 운동 전환부와, 상기 몸체부가 상기 하부 프레임을 따라서 수평이동되도록 상기 하부 프레임에 설치되는 가이드부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
