PURPOSE: A chopper for a cabbage is provided to chop a cabbage on a bottom plate with a disc cutter, thereby improving chopping efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A chopper for a cabbage includes a gear box(3). A motor(2) is vertically installed at the center of a main body(1). The gear box is installed on the upper side of the main body. An actuating gear(7a) is installed at the front end of a motor shaft(2a), and a fixed gear(7) is installed at the outer lower side of the actuating gear. Gears(7b,7c) are engaged with the fixed gear and the actuating gear. A disc cutter(9) is installed at the upper front end of the rotary shaft(8) of the gear box, and a hollow supporting pipe(12) is vertically installed at the center of the gear box. A supporting pipe(14) on the bottom center of a bottom plate(13) is inserted into the hollow supporting pipe, and the bottom of the bottom plate and the upper side of the gear box is supported by an elastic spring(15). A wrench bolt(16) in the center of the supporting pipe is fastened to a spiral groove(12a) of the hollow supporting pipe. An inlet(4) having a cabbage fixing plate(17) is installed on the disc cutter and the bottom plate.본 발명은 양배추 세절기에 관한 것이며 양배추를 취식하기 용이한 두께로 세절하며 세절 된 양배추를 고능률적으로 생산하기 위한 목적이다.본 발명은 본체 중앙에 모터를 수직으로 설치하고, 모터축 선단에는 구동기어를, 구동기어 하방 외측에는 고정기어를 구비하며, 상기 고정기어와 구동기어에 치합되는 기어를 구비한 기어박스를 구성하고, 상기 기어박스의 회전축 상부 선단에는 원판 커터를, 상기 기어박스 중앙에 수직으로 중공지지관을 설치하고, 상기 중공지지관에 바닥판 저부 중앙의 지지관을 끼워 탄성스프링으로 지지하고, 지지관 중앙에서 렌치 볼트로 중공지지관의 나선홈에 체결하여서 구성하고, 상기 원판 커터와 바닥판 위에는 양배추 고정판을 구비한 투입구를 설치하여서 구성된다.상기와 같은 본 발명은 양배추는 투입구의 양배추 고정판에 투입되고, 컷팅되는 양배추의 생산을 고능률적으로 수행할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
