PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic-impregnated skin-covering sheet having a good texture which never causes irritation upon contact with the skin.SOLUTION: The cosmetic-impregnated skin-covering sheet is obtained by subjecting a fiber web including latently crimpable fibers to water stream entanglement, heating the resultant web to exhibit three-dimensional crimps, thereby obtaining a nonwoven fabric, and impregnating the nonwoven fabric with a liquid cosmetic.
