PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating container and a medical fluid heating device with high fluid heating efficiency.SOLUTION: A medical fluid heating device 1 includes a heating device body 2 and a heating bag 10 for heating medical fluid with a heating element 5 of the heating device body 2. The heating bag 10 includes a flow channel β of the medical fluid formed of a first sheet part 11 in which a resin film 11a and a metal film 11b are stuck together and a second sheet part 12 in which a resin film 12a and a metal film 12b are stuck together.
