The present invention relates to a heating device for keeping a human body warm, and more specifically, to a heating device configured to be provided in a vest or a waist band worn by a person, or in a sitting cushion or a mattress on which a person sits or lies to keep the body of the person warm. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heating device for keeping a human body warm comprises a heating body and a heating pocket. The heating body comprises: a plurality of heating lines which are disposed in parallel to each other at a fixed interval and cut in a fixed length to generate heat when DC power is supplied thereto positive (+) and negative (-) power supply lines which are connected to both ends of the heating lines a thin film which is laminated on top and bottom of the heating lines to fix the same a coating film which is coated on the heating lines and the thin film to seal the same, excluding a part of the power supply lines and a battery which is connected to a part of the power supply lines.
