PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band whose tightening degree can be finely adjusted, and whose appearance of the fitting state is excellent, and electronic equipment whose equipment body is mounted onto a user's body by the band.SOLUTION: A band 20 for mounting an equipment body of electronic equipment onto a user's body includes a first band part 22 arranged on one end side of the equipment body and a second band part 24 arranged on the other end side opposite to the one end side of the equipment body. The first band part 22 includes a fixed part 30 having an annular part 31 connected to a tip part 23, which is an end part opposite to the end part of the equipment body side, and a sandwiching part 32 having elasticity, which is rotatably connected to the annular part 31.
