Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft flüssige kosmetische, dermatologische oder medizinische liposomenbildende wässrige Badezubereitungen mit einem hohen Anteil von mehr als 8, vor allem 10 bis 27 Gew.-% an Wirkstoff(en), insbesondere ätherischen Ölen, sowie einem oder mehreren Tensiden wie 20 bis 55 Gew.-% und Vesikelbildner. Derartige Zubereitungen zum Baden bilden überraschender Weise trotz der hohen Anteile an Wirkstoff bzw. Tensid beim Einbringen in Wasser spontan liposomale Strukturen aus, welche die Wirkstoffe zusammen mit weiterhin enthaltenen Lipiden an und in die Haut transportieren.
