PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering tube and a manufacturing method of the watering tube in which a sprinkling area can be made larger.SOLUTION: A watering tube 11 has sprinkling holes 15, which are drilled at a predetermined gap along a longitudinal direction of a tube 13 on at least an upper surface side of the tube 13 with a thickness of 0.4 to 1.0 mm. The sprinkling hole 15 has an approximately circular-shaped inflow port 17 which is open on a tube inner surface 27, and an elongated circular or elliptical jetting port 19 which is open on a tube outer surface 29, in which a length of a long axis TL to a short axis TS of the jetting port 19 is formed at 110 to 200%, and a length of a short axis TS of the jetting port 19 to an average diameter of the inflow ports 17 is formed at 95 to 200%.【課題】散水面積を大きくできる灌水チューブおよび灌水チューブの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】灌水チューブ１１において、厚さが０．４～１．０ｍｍのチューブ１３の少なくとも上面側に、該チューブ１３の長手方向に沿って所定間隔で穿設される散水孔１５を有し、散水孔１５は、チューブ内面２７に開口する略円形状の流入口１７と、チューブ外面２９に開口する長円形状または楕円形状の噴出口１９と、を有し、噴出口１９の短軸ＴＳに対する長軸ＴＬの長さが１１０～２００％で形成され、且つ流入口１７の平均直径に対する噴出口１９の短軸ＴＳの長さが９５～２００％で形成されている。【選択図】 図１
