PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoregulation pad capable of adjusting temperature of a human body more efficiently, and a thermoregulation apparatus having the same.SOLUTION: A thermoregulation pad comprises a pad body 2, an introduction pipe, and a discharge pipe. A flow channel 20 provided inside the pad body 2 is a single spiral flow channel that is not branched from an inflow port 21 through which a heat exchange fluid flows in, to an outflow port 22 through which the heat exchange fluid flows out. The inflow port 21 of the flow channel 20 is provided at an outer peripheral side of spiral, and the outflow port 22 is provided at a central side of the spiral. The introduction pipe is connected to the inflow port 21 of the pad body 2 to introduce the heat exchange fluid into the flow channel.
