A baking machine suitable for baking a to-be-baked object comprises a support device, a hot gas supply device, a first filtration device and a collection device. The support device is defined with a baking space which is utilized to receive the to-be-baked object and provided with an upper opening end and a lower opening end. The hot gas supply device is utilized to generate a hot gas for baking the to-be-baked object. The first filtration device comprises a casing unit and a first filter. The collection device is utilized to collect impurities filtered out by the first filtration device. The casing unit comprises an inlet port communicated to the upper opening end of the baking space, an outlet port, and a discharge port.
