The invention provides a process for preparing a core-shell capsule comprising the steps of (i) mixing a solid active ingredient and/or an oily liquid active ingredient with a polymeric material capable of forming a hydrogel shell around the active ingredient(s), (ii) forming a shell comprising a hydrogel scaffold formed of a polymeric lattice around the core, (iii) optionally cross-linking the polymeric lattice； and (iv) contacting the optionally cross-linked core-shell hydrogel shell with a liquid silica precursor so as to cause precipitation of silica within the scaffold structure thereby forming a composite shell of silica interspersed between the polymeric lattice.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une capsule à noyau et enveloppe qui comprend les étapes consistant à (i) mélanger un principe actif solide et/ou un principe actif liquide et huileux avec une substance polymère capable de former une enveloppe d'hydrogel autour du ou des principes actifs, (ii) former une enveloppe comprenant un échafaudage d'hydrogel formé sur un réseau polymère autour du noyau, (iii) facultativement réticuler le réseau polymère ； et (iv) mettre l'enveloppe d'hydrogel de la capsule à enveloppe et noyau facultativement réticulé avec un précurseur de silice liquide pour entraîner la précipitation de la silice à l'intérieur de la structure d'échafaudage formant ainsi une enveloppe composite de silice dispersée entre les mailles du réseau polymère.
