Method includes the dosed introduction of inulin-containing prebiotic into the chicken feeding, as which an additive containing inulin of at least 97 % of dry matter is used. Moreover, from the 1st to the 21st day of life, chickens are fed inulin in the form of a powder in an amount of 0.09–0.11 g per 1 kg of feed, and from the 1st to the 28th day, chickens are fed citric acid in the form of a powder in the same the quantity, and from the 29th day until the end of the chickens rearing, citric acid is given in the amount of 0.29–0.31 g per 1 kg of mixed feed. Способ включает дозированное введение инулинсодержащего пребиотика в питание цыплят, в качестве которого используют добавку, содержащую инулин не менее 97% от сухого вещества. Причем с 1-го по 21-й день жизни цыплятам скармливают инулин в виде порошка в количестве 0,09-0,11 г на 1 кг комбикорма и с 1-го по 28-й день скармливают лимонную кислоту в виде порошка в том же количестве, а с 29-го дня и до конца выращивания цыплят лимонную кислоту дают в количестве 0,29-0,31 г на 1 кг комбикорма. При использовании инулинсодержащего пребиотика с большим или меньшим содержанием инулина пересчет ввода добавки делают на добавку, содержащую инулин в количестве не менее 97% от сухого вещества.
