More specifically, the sterilizing chamber passing-type hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizing system comprises: a sterilizing chamber for sterilizing object to be sterilized, which is fed therein through a front sealing door, by using hydrogen peroxide vapor, and discharging the same through a rear sealing door a hydrogen peroxide vapor supply unit installed in one side of the sterilizing chamber, and supplying hydrogen peroxide vapor into the sterilizing chamber a moving and spraying unit installed in the sterilizing chamber to be forwardly and backwardly moved, and spraying hydrogen peroxide vapor supplied from the hydrogen peroxide vapor supply unit and a transferring rack unit having a loading space for lading the object to be sterilized, including a moving means disposed in a lower side thereof, and transferred into the sterilizing chamber. According to the present invention, a transferring rack unit on which an object to be sterilized is loaded is made to pass through a sterilizing chamber to be sterilized in the sterilizing chamber, so hydrogen peroxide is not excessively consumed in sterilization. Also, sterilizing time can be reduced, so a very high sterilizing effect can be ensured. Moreover, a moving and transferring unit is operated in a sterilizing chamber, so hydrogen peroxide vapor is supplied to an object to be sterilized, which is loaded on a transferring rack unit. Furthermore, the operation of a proximal spraying nozzle installed in a transferring rack unit according to the shape of an object to be sterilized is controlled, so a non-contact surface does not occur.
