PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalation type pharmaceutical composition used in the treatment of renal disease, and to provide a preparation method thereof.SOLUTION: The invention provides an inhalation type pharmaceutical composition for renal disease containing a first gas and an atomization agent, and a preparation method thereof. The first gas contains hydrogen. The gas volume concentration of hydrogen in the inhalation type pharmaceutical composition is between 2 and 96%. The atomization agent is corticosteroid, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, an angiotensin II receptor blocking agent, a diuretic agent, erythropoietin, a phosphate binding agent, or any combination thereof. The inhalation type pharmaceutical composition can increase the drug absorption effect for a patient by using the atomization agent, as well as can remove a harmful radical inside of a patients body through the use of hydrogen.
