PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent having a therapeutic effect to gout together with a decrease of side effects to a patient.SOLUTION: In an inhalation type pharmaceutical composition for gout, a first gas contains hydrogen, the gas volume concentration of hydrogen in the inhalation type pharmaceutical composition is between 2 and 96%, and an atomization agent is colchicine, allopurinol, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, or any combination thereof.
