PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance commodity value by accelerating increase of flavor component in fruits and vegetables, particularly in the meat of citrus fruits, during a storage and a circulation process after harvesting, particularly during a shelf period from store front to consumers.SOLUTION: The present embodiment is a flavor component increase accelerator for fruits and vegetables, particularly for the meat of citrus fruits, the accelerator containing Chrysanthemum Pallasianum extract.
