PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a vibration discharge cassette 10 capable of smoothly and successively discharging even a medicine 8 such as a PTP packed medicine having no stiffness by combining vibration with a lateral feed system of the lowermost medicine.SOLUTION: The vibration discharge cassette 10 includes an inner bottom member 16, which holds respective medicines 8 in a state that the medicines 8 are respectively laid and subsequently vertically stacked to be arranged and housed and places the medicines 8 on its upper surface in order to successively laterally feed and discharge them from below, a friction member 31 for laterally feeding the undermost one among the medicines 8 by the friction force to the undersurface thereof and a vibration member 22 for vibrating the inner bottom member 16 up and down.
