PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine storage cassette and a medicine delivery device equipped with the medicine storage cassette which can prevent jamming of a medicine regardless of the shape of the medicine so as to smoothly convey the medicine and reliably discharge it by one piece at a time.SOLUTION: A medicine storage cassette 4 comprises a cassette body 14, a discharge lever 9, a pull-out operation part 13, an energization body 15, a stopper plate 25, and a fall prevention plate 26. The stopper plate 25 is disposed on a front face to a medicine 10 immediately before being discharged, when viewed from the side from which the medicine 10, on the side of the discharge lever 9, is discharged, restraining the medicine 10 being discharged from moving toward a downstream side of conveyance direction.
