PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use transfer set which can be easily fixed on a vial or the other medical container, is relatively inexpensive, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: An assembly 20 of a tightly-sealed container and a transfer set includes: a first container 22 having a diameter reduced neck part 30 that is adjacent to a rim part 28 enclosing an open end a stopper 32 arranged on the open end of the first container and a fluid transfer set 40 which is mounted on the open end of the first container for transferring a fluid between the first container and a second container.
