The present invention relates to a stent which has a reflux prevention function. The stent has a cylindrical shape which is composed of a net, opens both sides, has an inlet part at one side and an outlet part at the other side which are mutually connected, has multiple unit stents in which the diameter of the outlet part which is smaller than the diameter of the inlet part, and has each of the unit stents connected mutually. In a section between the inlet part and the outlet part in case of the unit stent, one side is in contact with the outlet part, the other side is in contact with the inlet part, and a stepped part is formed in a direction from the inlet part to the outlet part.
