SOLUTION: The non-rinsing type hair cosmetic includes components (A) and (B), and the mass ratio of components (A) to (B) is within the range of 0.05 to 20: (A) 0.05-20 mass% branched polyglycerol-modified silicone and (B) 0.05-4 mass% organopolysiloxane which has a weight average molecular weight of 12,000-500,000 and includes a poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) bound to at least one of Si atoms in an organopolysiloxane segment via an alkylene group containing a hetero atom and the mass ratio of the organopolysiloxane segment to the poly (N-acylalkyleneimine) segment is within the range of 98/2 to 40/60.
