PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum dryer and a vacuum drying method relating to this invention which efficiently and sufficiently perform vacuum drying by easily and surely grasping a proper drying time for drying an object.SOLUTION: In a sterilization step, a vapor of high temperature and high pressure is supplied into an inner pot of an autoclave with surgical instruments or the like housed therein. After that, a drying step is performed after performing an exhaust step, a time of the drying step is controlled on the basis of the degree of dryness of the vapor supplied in the sterilization step. The degree of dryness of the vapor is measured by a drying clock provided in the autoclave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本願に係る真空乾燥装置及び真空乾燥方法は、対象物を乾燥させるための適正な乾燥時間を容易かつ確実に把握し、効率的で十分な真空乾燥を行うことを目的とする。【解決手段】手術用具等が収容されたオートクレーブの内釜内には、滅菌工程において高温・高圧の蒸気が供給される。その後、排気工程を経て乾燥工程が行われるが、この乾燥工程の時間を、滅菌工程において供給された蒸気の乾き度に基づいて制御する。蒸気の乾き度はオートクレーブに設けられた乾き時計が測定する。【選択図】図2
