PURPOSE: A mineral extraction system is provided to extract vanadium from Tricholoma matsutake. CONSTITUTION: A first vanadium elution tank (300) flows electrolyzed hydrogen water in from a hydrogen water heating tank, and preheats the hydrogen water before transferring to a second vanadium elution tank. A first mesh type basket (310) forms a predetermined space for storing Tricholoma matsutake. A first mesh type separation plate (320) divides an internal space of the first mesh type basket into plural storage spaces. A first heater rod (340) and a first stirring screw (330) promotes the reaction of the Tricholoma matsutake with hydrogen or acidic ions. An electrolyzer electrolyzes heated water, and produces ionized water separated into acidic water and the hydrogen water. A first tank promotes the reaction of the Tricholoma matsutake with the hydrogen or acidic ions, and extracts the Tricholoma matsutake. A second tank emits the hydrogen or acidic ions, and induces the selective reaction of minerals inside the Tricholoma matsutake and the hydrogen or acidic ions to obtain a mineral extract.
