The invention relates to a regenerated rubber composition and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed composition comprises 90...100 parts of crumb rubber, up to 10 parts of textile waste, 2...6 parts of peptiser solution consisting of 70...80 % glycerin, 5...18 % mercapto compound, diphenylguanidine and other basic compounds soluble in glycerin, 2...25 % compatible peptiser and 5...20 parts of cameline seeds, cameline oil or cameline extraction residues, the parts being expressed by weight. The claimed process consists in devulcanizing and regenerating the mixture of components by thermochemical destruction at a temperature of 160...240°C and a pressure of 10...40 at for 60...150 min in a rotary spherical autoclave followed by the regeneration through repeated refining on a refining roll line.
