The present invention relates to a composition having such a configuration that a ceramide raw material included in cyclodextrin is adhered onto a collagen peptide or granules each containing the collagen peptide. The composition can be produced by spraying a solution mixture containing a ceramide raw material and cyclodextrin onto a collagen peptide or granules each containing the collagen peptide and then granulating the resultant product.
