PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for markedly masking (reducing) the peculiar unpleasant taste of collagen, and a collagen-containing edible product masked with the peculiar unpleasant taste of the collagen and excellent in palatable taste.SOLUTION: The peculiar unpleasant taste of the collagen is masked by adding a malt extract to the collagen-containing edible product.
