PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for detecting leakage to the outside of the blood vessel and a transfusion device, the apparatus for detecting the leakage to the outside of the blood vessel being capable of easily and reliably detecting the leakage of a chemical to the tissues due to coming-off of a catheter from the blood vessel.SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for detecting the leakage to the outside of the blood vessel is provided with: a chemical line section 29in which a distal end opening section 5B is indwelt in the blood vessel 100 and through which the chemical passes the catheter 5 having a blood detection line section 20 which guides a part of the blood in the blood vessel 100 a light emission section 31 which is arranged correspondingly to the blood detection line section 20 of the catheter 5 and irradiates the blood detection line section 20 with light a light reception section 32 which receives the light from light emission section 31 and a control unit 11 which when detecting the behavior of the blood within the blood detection line section 20 according to the light reception signal from the light reception section 32, decides that the distal end opening section 5B is positioned in the vessel 100, and when detecting no behavior of the blood within the blood detection line section 20, decides that the chemical is leaked to the outside of the blood vessel due to coming-off of the distal end opening section 5B from the blood vessel 100.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテルが血管から外れて薬液が組織に漏出することを容易にしかも確実に検知できる血管外漏出検知装置及び輸液装置を提供する。【解決手段】血管外漏出検知装置1は、先端開口部5Bが血管100内に留置され、薬液を通す薬液ライン部29と、血管100内の血液の一部を案内する血液検知ライン部20を有するカテーテル5と、カテーテル5の血液検知ライン部20に対応して配置されて、血液検知ライン部20に光を当てる発光部31と、発光部31からの光を受光する受光部32と、受光部32からの受光信号に基づいて血液検知ライン部20内で血液の挙動を検知した場合には先端開口部5Bが血管100内に位置されていると判断し、血液検知ライン部20内で血液の挙動を検知しない場合には先端開口部5Bが血管100から外れて薬液が血管外に漏出していると判断する制御部11を備える。【選択図】図1
