PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology capable of coping with relative positional deviation of a blood vessel position of a measurement object.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement device 1 includes a plurality of transmission/reception sections 10 for performing transmission/reception of an ultrasonic wave for a blood vessel BV, a movement detection section 23 for detecting the movement of the blood vessel BV, and a discrimination section 25 for discriminating the transmission/reception section 10 used for the measurement of a blood vessel function related to the blood vessel BV based on the detection result of the movement detection section 23. The movement detection section 23 may detect the movement of the blood vessel BV using a reception signal by the transmission/reception section 10.
