<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical wire with improved detachability of an in vivo indwelling member. <；P>；SOLUTION: The medical wire comprises a conductive wire 1b, a heat-meltable columnar connection member 1c connected to the distal end of the conductive wire, whose column axis direction is the longitudinal direction of the conductive wire, and the in vivo indwelling member 1a connected to the conductive wire through the connection member, and the in vivo indwelling member is detached by heating the connection member.
