The invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and specifically to a pharmaceutical composition in tablet form, containing: 2.0-15.0 wt% memantine； 1.5-10.0 wt% melatonin； 65.0-80.0 wt% of a filler, selected from mannitol or a mixture of mannitol and copovidone； 4.0-15.0 wt% of a disintegrant selected from crospovidone； 1.0-2.0 wt% of a binder, selected from sorbitol； 1.0-2.5 wt% of a sweetener, selected from maltitol, sodium saccharinate or a mixture thereof； 0.5-1.0 wt% of a glidant, selected from colloidal silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, talc or mixtures thereof； and 1.5-3.0 wt% of aromatizing agent； and also to a method for obtaining said pharmaceutical composition. The invention provides for broadening the range of pharmaceutical compositions containing a combination of memantine and melatonin, and also for increasing the storage stability and dissolution rate thereof.
