PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a smoked food of a good finishing state while appropriately controlling the temperature inside a food material arrangement part.SOLUTION: A lid body (3) is formed with an insertion hole (16) in which a thermometer (T) for measuring the temperature inside a food material arrangement part (12) is removably installed. A plurality of net members (13) on which a food material (F) for smoking is placed are attached to a height direction of the food material arrangement part (12) in a body (2) at predetermined spaces.
