The present invention provides a filter structure for a syringe. The filter structure includes a filter unit which is installed in a cylinder and is connected to a syringe needle to filer injection fluid input to the rear side through the syringe needle coupled to the front part of the cylinder when the injection fluid is discharged. The filter unit has a first fluid path having the injection fluid input thereto, and a second fluid path which is formed on the outer periphery of the first fluid path not to overlap each other and is used to discharge the injection fluid from the cylinder.
