A syringe filter structure and a syringe having the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, the syringe filter structure for filtering an injection fluid when the injection fluid, having flowed in through the rear part, is discharged through a syringe needle coupled to the front of a cylinder comprises: a filter part provided between the cylinder and the syringe needle, connected to the syringe needle, and having a first fluid path, into which the injection fluid flows, formed at one side thereof and a second fluid path, through which the injection fluid is discharged from the cylinder, formed at the other side thereof； a cylindrical filter holder having, therein, an accommodating part in which the filter part is accommodated, coupled with the syringe needle at the front of the accommodating part, coupled with the cylinder at the rear of the accommodating part, having, by means of the filter part, a first fluid path formed at one side of the accommodating part, and having a second fluid path formed at the other side of the accommodating part； and a stopper having a first protrusion part, which is formed on the outer surface thereof and inserted into and assembled in a first groove part formed at the cylinder, so as to prevent the filter part and the filter holder from being pushed back toward the rear of the cylinder.La présente invention concerne une structure de filtre de seringue et une seringue dotée de celle-ci.
