A filter syringe according to the present invention comprises: a cylinder having a coupling tube such that a syringe needle is coupled thereto； a filter part comprising a first path which is installed inside the cylinder and in which an injectable solution is introduced into the cylinder through the syringe needle, and a second path which is formed in the center of the first path and in which the injectable solution is discharged from the cylinder to the outside； and a piston which has, on the front side thereof, a coupling shaft member couplable to the filter part, and which moves forward or backward while a part thereof is inserted into the cylinder so as to introduce the injectable solution into the cylinder or discharge the injectable solution to the outside of the cylinder.
