PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter for improving a phase difference by providing a torque for canceling a torque fluctuation that occurs at planting arm axis to level the torque fluctuation, thereby optimizing a trajectory of a planting claw and preventing defective planting.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter for delivering power via an inconstant speed mechanism to a planting arm axis supporting a rotary case includes a torque leveling mechanism for providing a torque that cancels a torque fluctuation resulting from the inconstant speed mechanism. The torque leveling mechanism includes a crank portion which is a crank-like formed part of a vertical planting axis that delivers power to the planting arm, and a spring attached to the crank portion, the spring providing the torque.
