PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter that optimizes tracks of planting claws to prevent defective planting by applying torque to cancel torque fluctuations generated in a planting arm shaft, smoothing the torque fluctuations, and improving phase shifts.SOLUTION: In a rice transplanter that transmits power via a non-uniform speed mechanism to a planting arm shaft that supports a rotary case, a torque smoothing mechanism is provided that applies torque to cancel torque fluctuations generated by the non-uniform speed mechanism.
