The present invention provides an orthopedic implant that includes a joint tray, a support tray connected to the joint tray, and a bone ingrowth layer connected to the support tray. The joint tray has a joint surface and an alignment surface facing the joint surface. The support tray has a first surface connected to the alignment surface and a second surface opposite the first connection surface and connected to the bone ingrowth layer. An orthopedic implant is also provided that includes a joint component and a body component connected to the joint component. The joint component has an articulating surface and an alignment surface opposite the articulating surface. The body component has a first surface connected to the alignment surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and at least one protrusion extending in a direction away from the second surface.
