An independent claim is included for preparing the gelatinized sweet, comprising: preparing a mixture containing the liquefied leguminous plant starch or its mixture and the modified starch of other origins, at least one sweetening agent and water boiling the mixture at 100-150[deg] C to obtain a dried material forming the boiled mixture and optionally dividing the mixture and recovering the obtained gelatinized sweet.
