PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a paddy work vehicle by nimbly and speedily performing the other operation in relation to a running speed change operation without exchanging a gear lever to the other, by providing many functions to the gear lever of a continuously variable transmission.SOLUTION: For operating a speed control mechanism 25 to a high rotation side as the gear lever 11 is operated from a neutral position N to a high speed position side in a forward speed change operation route F, the gear lever 11 is connected to the speed control mechanism 25, the forward speed change operation route F is connected to a backward speed change operation route R in parallel, far and away, and deflectively, and a sub forward speed change operation route F accessible by straightly moving operation from the neutral position N (r) of the backward speed change operation route R to a subsequent forward direction is connected to a lateral side of a low speed part of the forward speed change operation route F.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 無段変速装置の変速レバーに多くの機能を与えることによって、走行変速操作に関連して他の操作をレバーの持ち替えなく軽快かつ速やかに行えるようにして、水田作業機における操作性の向上を図る。【解決手段】 変速レバー11を前進変速操作径路Fにおいて中立位置Nから高速位置側へ操作するに連れて調速機構25を高回転側に作動させるよう、変速レバー11と調速機構25を連係し、前進変速操作径路Fと後進変速操作径路Rにを、互いに平行、かつ、段違い状に偏位させて接続するとともに、後進変速操作径路Rの中立位置N(r) から引き続く前進方向への直線移動操作によって移行可能な副前進変速操作径路F’を、前進変速操作径路Fにおける低速域部分の横側に連設してある。
