PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the operation resistance on the forward side of a shift lever in a work machine configured to be manually operated along a neutral route, a forward route and a reverse route. An urging member 68 is provided that urges the speed change lever 26 along a neutral path 39 toward a forward neutral position 39a. In the state where the speed change lever 26 is located at the forward drive neutral position 39a, the horizontal distance W1 between the biasing member 68 and the boundary portion 83a disposed on the side opposite to the left and right center side of the neutral path 39 with respect to the forward drive neutral position 39a. However, a movement blocking portion that stops the movement of the biasing member 68 toward the forward neutral position 39a is provided at a position that is larger than the lateral width W2 of the portion of the shift lever 26 at the forward neutral position 39a.
